Terms and Conditions:
We offer ‘Two’ plans for each type of client:
- A Gold plan
- A Platinum Plan
- Gold Plan can be subscribed on monthly basis with a program setup fee which is described above.
- Gold plan provides 5 Disputes monthly with no contract obligation.
- The Platinum Plan provides unlimited disputes monthly and is a 3 Months Package which also includes Enrollment Fee. The Platinum plan is available with special discounts for Students and Couples.
For Student’s Package requirements are as under:
- We offer Credit Repair Services to College Students only. We don't enroll 'High Schools Students'.
- We may ask for additional documents including but not limited to Student ID card.
- (Clients should receive updated credit reports every 15-45 days. It is the client’s responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received).
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, we work diligently and aggressively to provide you with credit restoration. Once Credit Magnate accepts your purchase, Services start immediately, resulting in our no refund policy. All sales are final on any of the services and or packages.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel our services with no cancellation fee if:
- We do not remove more than 25% of all negative items.
